The plan is not the business

Though it’s super important to plan out a business, it is much more important to get it ‘out there’ to get together with clients, leads, interested people, partners. Let them help you form and refine it.

Business plans are great to get a feeling about leverage, about which factor influences profits most etc. It is like a game to test out before doing.

However, the most brilliant plan is worth ZERO if it’s assumptions are wrong and/or it is not transformed into reality. Something that @o8_agency humbly can state to be rather good at (if you’re interested, just drop us a message).
