Creating vs. Hustling

? Listen up – this here is one significant insight:

Creative people, lots of entrepreneurs, too, LOVE creating something new (me included) – but once it’s created they get utterly bored.

Which easily causes a problem because we are all about creating and not at all about hustling.

That’s just the effect after have created something new:

It’s done, isn’t it?

Why bother with it anymore?

Indeed, one has spent so much time with the product, the company, the book one created that it does not FEEL that exciting anymore!!!

However, this does not mean that’s true.

It’s also one of the excellent reasons to hire someone to help you do the refining touches and help making it known.

If you plan to create, also plan for the hustle.

As the owner of agency „OVERW8“ and building on more than 20 years experience in marketing, Kristin is consistently thinking along the terms of ‚customer value‘, ‚brand value‘ as well as business models. Consistently meaning when she’s out for dinner, sitting in a cosy ski hut as well as having a sundowner wine at a vineyard. Like this, it’s simple logic that her primary job now is to support entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial teams with this know-how to create more brand value, more customer value and thus more company value. She’s sharing some of these nuggets here on OVERW8’s blog.
